The staxera 1.1 kW SOFC integrated stack module (ISM) contains two 30-cell Mk200 stacks using ESC2 cells from H.C. Starck.

The ISM allows rapid system integration by providing clearly defined interfaces for gases, sensors and electrical current. All critical operating parameters such as compression loading, thermal insulation and temperature measurement are addressed within the module. Using this approach staxera guarantees 5.000 hours of operation and 20 thermal cycles when the ISM is operated within pre-defined parameters.

The ISM is rated at a power of 1.1 kW at a fuel utilization of 75%. Further technical information and a technical drawing is available with the links below:

System components for the ISM such as pre-heaters, heat exchangers, reformer or afterburner are available from EBZ, part of the SOFC cluster in Dresden.
