staxera is fully owned by Webasto AG.
Since 2009-11-1 staxera GmbH is an wholly owned subsidiary of Enerday GmbH.
Since 2009-12-01 Dr. Wunderlich has taken in addition to his duties as Managing Director of staxera GmbH responsibility for Enerday GmbH.
Enerday and staxera continue to act as independent companies under the umbrella of Webasto AG.
Agreements with H.C. Starck about supply and development of SOFC cells remain in place.
